American Grand Jury is actively involved in trying to remove Barack Obama from office through the Judicial process. Obama is not a "natural born" citizen of the United States and therefore not eligible under the Constitution to serve as President.
How We Spend Money:
Dealing with Judges and Courts can be time consuming and it does require financing. We are seeking to engage the services of a criminal attorney that can best advise us on how to take advantage of our Grand Jury Presentments. Many times solid legal research goes a long way in combatting judicial courts that stonewall or fail to act. Legal briefs that are well written and documented can make the difference between success and failure.
American Grand Jury actively serves courts with Presentments, Motions and Responses with the intent of applying pressure on the court system to deal with the Obama Fraud and Treason charges. Courts do not like us but so far they have been unable to deter us.
In addition to our legal activities, American Grand Jury maintains a robust web-server that currently publishes a number of websites, including American Grand Jury.org, AGJ Now.org, Serve A Judge.org, Prosecute Obama.org, AGJ Chatroom, AGJ Online Jury Rooms and AGJ BlogTalk radio.
We are a conservative organization that lives within our means but our web activities, legal needs and research programs are not cheap.
