American Grand Jury has literally served over 300 Courts, Federal and State, in the past 6 months. We are not going to quit until these Judges and Courts accept their responsibilities to act as required by the Constitution.
The Courts can't dismiss our Presentments because they cannot dismiss the Constitution, however, they have done a momumental job of stalling.

1) United States District Court, District of Columbia: Motion to Reconsider sent to Judge Royce Lamberth

2) The American Grand SUPER Jury revisited
173 people got together in an online Grand Jury format, reviewed over 10,000 words of evidence, submitted over 1,500 survey responses, exchanged over 2,000 chat messages, submitted hundreds of questions to the Jury Foremen and then voted in a private session to hand down presentments... 3) Judge Lamberth's Second Order and AGJ's Response
Judge Lamberth backed off of his First Order and gave us leave to file our Presentments. Of course we don’t FILE anything, we SERVE Presentments. We challenged him in our Second Response and so far this Judge hasn’t had the guts to answer us... [Click Here]
